This is a fun and pretty non-technical workshop for almost anyone.

We will meet at 8.30am in my studio which will be converted into a camera obscura to learn how a pinhole camera works. From here we will proceed to the Southern Cross Tavern (www.thecross.co.nz) who are kindly hosting us in their function room. Here, with my advice and assistance, we will each construct pinhole cameras from containers you have brought along.

In the afternoon will we make pinhole photographs using your new cameras and develop them in the darkroom at the Wellington Arts Centre. That evening I will upload one image from each person to the Pinholeday Website Gallery.
The cost for the day (which includes all photographic paper and chemicals) is NZ$95 if booked and paid by April 10, otherwise NZ$105.
