Discover the magical world of pinhole photography, in which creativity, imagination and the unexpected replace expensive and complex technology, freeing you to express memory, fantasy and dream. This introduction to pinhole photography will explore different methods of pinhole imaging, camera designs and concepts. Participants will make a simple pinhole camera; photograph with it, process paper negatives and positive prints using basic darkroom techniques. Celebrating Worldwide Pinhole Photography Day on Sunday, April 27, participants will select their favorite pinhole image to be scanned and uploaded to the WPPD website.
